• If you have an application, but the program is incorrect, contact Patty Coan ([email protected]).
• If you do not have an application, create one by pushing the "Start Another Application" button and begin your application. (NOTE: do this action ONLY if you do not see a program listing under the “Your Applications” area)

WSU教师教育项目需要USBE许可。 If you do not have a USBE background clearance, apply at the 背景调查网站.

Provide a signed copy of the PBCT学生验证表 completed by the PBCT Director, Dr. Sheryl Rushton ([email protected]). Upload the form to the "File Manager" section of your application.

Provide a signed copy of the 二级结业证明表格 completed by your major/minor advisor(s). Upload the form to the "File Manager" section of your application.

此步骤仅适用于ESL学生。

Provide a signed copy of the ESL认证表格 completed by Dr. David Byrd ([email protected]). Upload the form to the "File Manager" section of your application.

Send an email to Patty Coan ([email protected]) to confirm your application is complete.
