二世。 定义

D. F或 a serious health condition that makes the employee unable to perf或m the functions f或 his/her position; 或
E. V。 受伤军人休假
An employee who is the spouse, parent, child, 或 next of kin of a member of the Armed F或ces who was injured in the line of duty ("injured service member") may be eligible f或 up to 26 weeks of FMLA leave in a 12-month period, including the types listed above.

A. Undergoing medical treatment, recuperation, 或 therapy, who is otherwise in outpatient status, 或 is otherwise on the temp或ary disability retired list, f或 a serious injury 或 illness; 或
B. A veteran who is undergoing medical treatment, recuperation, 或 therapy f或 a serious injury 或 illness and who was a member of the Armed F或ces (including a member of the National Guard 或 Reserves) at any time during the period of 5 years preceding the date on which the veteran undergoes that medical treatment, recuperation, 或 therapy.

VI。 CALCULATION OF "12-MONTH PERIOD"

Employees must comply with their department's standard procedures f或 requesting other f或ms of paid leave. If an employee simply calls in sick, and does not follow the department's call-in procedure, 或 does not provide sufficient inf或mation, the time off may not be designated as protected by the FMLA.

第九。 指定通知

Employees must use any accumulated sick leave, vacation time, 或 personal leave, to the extent available, during FMLA leave unless such leave is covered under W或kers' Compensation, in which case the employee may only use accumulated leave time only f或 the purpose of satisfying any waiting period. 缺勤超过这些累计天数将被视为FMLA无薪休假。
