课程描述

• 这是一门三学分的面对面评分课程，旨在帮助学生培养公开演讲和分析能力，同时对宪法有深入的了解。 This course is taught during fall semester every year by 加里·约翰逊博士, who is the coach for 模拟法庭 as well as a professor of political science at WSU.
• Class sessions include discussion of Supreme Court and other appellate court cases, brainstorming to develop arguments, workshops on public speaking and presentation style, and practice rounds where students present arguments, respond to questions, critique one another’s performance, and receive feedback on their speaking and argumentation from professors.
• 这是一个面对面的课程，要求准时出席。 Because there is limited time between the start of the semester in late August and the competition in November, we’ll need to meet regularly to prepare.
