软件的规则

• Downloading or disseminating copyrighted materials outside the provisions of “fair use”, or without the permission of the copyright holder, is prohibited. (可接受使用政策，PPM 10-2)
• 使用开源或免费软件必须同时理解许可协议。
• 院系和学院应保存所有购买软件的记录。 有必要遵守或验证遵守联邦或州法律，包括但不限于软件许可协议。 用户必须保留购买部门软件的所有权证明，以备审核之用。
