部门邮箱保安问题

These questions allow you to reset a forgotten or expired password by following the 密码安全响应流程.

If you require assistance or have any questions, please contact the IT服务台.

To update a Departmental Mailbox's security questions:

  1. Go to 密码自助服务 at password.weber.edu and click on the third link called "Departmental Password Management"

  2. Enter your Departmental Mailbox username and password then click 登录.
    • 注意: 即使您的密码已过期，您仍可登入“密码自助服务”。 If you have forgotten your password, see the 忘记密码 page.
  3. Select 设置安全问题 from the menu and proceed to reset your Security Questions following the requirements.
  4. 重置成功后，将出现确认信息，提示您的问题已更改。
