夏普打印机通常是多功能打印机（mfp），可以执行打印、扫描、复印等任务。 根据打印机的配置方式，可能需要输入帐户代码才能复制或打印。

To begin on either 窗户 or macOS, the proper Sharp printer drivers must be installed from Sharp's website or 新葡京app 软件中心 prior to configuring any computer specific settings. 要下载和安装驱动程序，可能需要使用管理员权限。

窗户

  1. Once the correct Sharp printer drivers are installed on your 窗户 computer, open 控制面板 on your computer and navigate to 设备和打印机.
  2. Right-click the printer you want to configure and click 打印首选项 and navigate to 工作处理.
    如果“作业处理”选项卡没有显示，则表示使用了错误的打印机驱动程序。
  3. Click the checkbox next to 用户数量 and enter the account code for the user or department.

macOS

  1. Once the correct Sharp printer drivers are installed on your Mac computer, open a program like 微软文字处理软件 or 文本编辑
  2. 去 File ->打印
  3. 在底部的下拉菜单中选择 工作处理

  4. Select the 身份验证 tab
    If the 身份验证 tab doesn't show, the wrong printer driver is being used.
  5. Select 用户数量 and enter the account code
  6. Click the 锁图标 to save the code.

使用作业处理代码创建预设（从Safari， Chrome和Firefox打印时很有用）：

  1. Open 微软文字处理软件 and click on File ->打印
  2. Select the correct printer with the 工作处理 settings configured from the previous step.
  3. Click on the 预设 drop-down manu and choose 将当前设置保存为预设
  4. 为刚刚创建的预设选择一个名称（例如：Sharp w/ Code）
