If you get an email with an attachment that you weren't expecting, DO NOT open it! 与发送文件的人交谈,以确定该文件实际上是安全的。 If you are unable to verify that the file is safe, don't open it and notify us and we will help analyze the file.

There are a lot of reasons that a network drive didn't show up. 首先检查你是否已连接到互联网。 你可以去任何一个网站做这件事。 If you are connected, but still are missing a drive, look on your desktop for an icon named "Map FS Drives." 双击此图标,并尝试再次找到您的网络驱动器。 If your internet is down or Map FS Drives didn't work, it is probably time to give us a call.
