OGDEN, Utah — 卢卡Shvelidze came to Utah for college, but he came to the United States for the adventure of learning and finding ways to improve people’s lives.

Raised in the nation of Georgia, Shvelidze came to the U.S. nearly three years ago as a high school exchange student — one of a select few chosen to participate in the Future Leaders Exchange program funded by the U.S. Department of State.

OGDEN, Utah — 皮尔斯科斯特 knows his 新葡京app in computer science will help him land a job in the tech sector, but he also wants to stay open to pursuing other dreams, such as filmmaking.

OGDEN, Utah — As a first-generation college student, Gissel Santoyo came to 新葡京app State University a bit timid but left with a computer science 新葡京app and newfound confidence.

“I decided to go to college because my parents are immigrants from Mexico and over there, they didn’t have the 新葡京app that I did to get an education,” Santoyo said.
