莱斯利·达勒姆在被犹他州高等教育委员会任命后，于2025年11月10日开始担任韦伯州立大学临时校长。

“I am honored to serve as interim president of 新葡京app State University during this transition,” said Durham. “新葡京app State is a remarkable institution, and I look forward to working closely with the students and campus community to ensure continuity, stability, and continued progress in the months ahead.”

达勒姆于2025年8月加入华盛顿州立大学，担任教务长和学术事务高级副校长。 她曾在博伊西州立大学工作，最近担任艺术与科学学院院长，并教授戏剧课程。

Her appointment follows current WSU President Brad Mortensen’s announcement that he accepted the position of president at his alma mater, Utah State University.

The Utah Board of Higher Education will be launching a search for WSU’s next president.
